A collapsed section of a state-owned stormwater pipe is pictured in New Albany on Monday near Commerce Street on the west side of Interstate 64 after an excavator was used to improve water flow. The New Albany Stormwater Department is currently working with the state and a complete repair will begin later in the week once weather conditions have improved.
